Buying a challenge

Steps

1. Open Plans and choose an account size.
2. Have a promo code? Enter it — the discounted price updates right away.
3. Choose a payment method and click Pay — the payment gateway page opens.
4. Pay in the coin and network you prefer. The account opens automatically once the gateway confirms the payment.

Payment methods

Payment is crypto only, through payment gateways: USDT, USDC and other coins available on the gateway page. Bank cards are not accepted. Prices are in US dollars.

How long it takes

Usually the account opens within a few minutes after your transfer arrives — the exact time depends on network confirmations. Until the payment is confirmed, the account sits in the Awaiting payment group in Accounts, with a Pay button.

• The invoice has a limited time to be paid — it's shown on the gateway page.
• If your transfer arrives a little after the deadline, we'll still credit it.
• An unpaid account closes by itself — you don't need to pay it separately, just make a new purchase.

Promo codes

• A promo code gives a discount on the fee and is entered manually on the plans page.
• A code has an expiry date and a usage limit. One user can usually apply a code once.
• A 100% discount code opens the account right away, with no payment.

Refunds

The challenge fee is non-refundable, including if you don't pass the challenge. More in the Terms of Use.

Important. Send exactly the coin and network selected on the gateway page. A transfer on a different network may be lost.
