A quick look at withdrawing profit, KYC and timing.
What currency are payouts in?
USDT or USDC — you choose the coin and network when you submit the request:

How much can I withdraw?
Up to 90% of qualifying profit, with a limit by payout number ($1,000 → $2,000 → $5,000) and no more than half of your available share at a time. More in Payouts.
How long does a payout take?
Up to 72 hours from your request (if verification is needed — from when it's approved). The request status is shown on the account's payouts page.
How often can I withdraw?
No more than once every 7 days from one funded account.
Is KYC required?
Yes, for any withdrawal. Verification lasts 180 days — you don't need to redo it before every payout.
Why can't I withdraw with open positions?
The withdrawal amount is based on closed profit — open positions could change it. Close your positions and submit the request.
Why is trading on my account frozen?
While a withdrawal or funding request is under review, trading is paused. It reopens after the decision.
Can I withdraw from a challenge?
No. Withdrawals are available from a funded account and, once, for winnings from the welcome account.
