Funded account risk rules
Drawdown, risk and activity limits that apply after funding.
A funded account has the same limits as a challenge — except the profit target: there isn't one.
| Rule | Value | If broken |
|---|---|---|
| Total drawdown | no lower than −20% from peak equity | account closes |
| Daily drawdown | no lower than −10% from equity at the start of the day (UTC) | account closes |
| Per-outcome limit | no more than 5% of the starting balance | bet isn't accepted |
| Drawdown protection | the worst case doesn't push past the limit | bet isn't accepted |
| Activity | at least one trade every 14 days | account closes |
| Consistency | best day ≤ 40% of profit | withdrawal unavailable until it evens out |
Payouts don't count as drawdown
Total drawdown is calculated net of payouts: money you withdraw doesn't reduce equity for this rule. You withdrew profit — your minimum equity doesn't go up.
Freeze during a request
While a withdrawal request is under review, trading on the account is paused, and the risk rules (including inactivity) don't close the account.
Drawdown protection
A bet isn't accepted if, should it and all open positions lose, equity would fall to the limit. So even a series of simultaneous bets can't push the account past −10% in a day or −20% from peak. More in Challenge rules.
