A demo account is a free practice account with $10,000 in virtual equity for 3 days. It runs under the same rules as a challenge, so it's a good way to test your strategy before you buy.
How to open one
Go to Accounts and click Create demo. You can open a demo account once.
How it differs from a challenge
- No real money goes in or out: a demo can't be withdrawn and can't be moved to funded.
- The account closes automatically after 3 days.
- The rules match the challenge: +30% target, −20% drawdown from peak and −10% per day, 5% limit per outcome. See Challenge rules.
