Verification (KYC)

Identity verification (KYC) is required for any withdrawal of real money — from a funded account or a welcome account. You can trade without it.

How to complete it

1. Open Settings → Verification in your dashboard.
2. Click Start verification — the page of our verification partner Didit opens.
3. Take a photo of your ID document (for example, a passport or ID card) and complete the face check — a short selfie video.
4. Return to the dashboard: the status updates by itself, usually within a few minutes.

Requirements

• You are 18 or older.
• The document is valid and belongs to you.
• You verify without a VPN or Tor, in good lighting, with the whole document in the frame.
• The document's country is not on the list of countries restricted for withdrawals.

Validity

An approved verification lasts 180 days. You can renew it 30 days before it expires — in the same section.

If verification fails

The verification page shows the reason. You can make up to 3 attempts a day. The rejection limit is 5: after that, a new verification is only possible through support — write to [email protected].

Your data

Didit runs the check; we receive the result and the document's country, but we don't store the document number. More in our Privacy Policy.

Important. One document — one person: you can't verify with someone else's document or use one document on several accounts.
