Rules questions

A quick look at passing a challenge, drawdowns and account closure.

Do open positions count toward the target and drawdown?

Yes. Everything is measured by equity: balance plus open positions at the current market price.

When does a new day start for the daily limit?

At 00:00 UTC. The limit is −10% from equity at that moment.

Why didn't my bet go through even though I have enough balance?

Most likely the per-outcome limit (5% of the starting balance) or drawdown protection kicked in: if this bet and your open ones lose, the account would go past the limit. The bet panel shows how much you can bet.

I reached the profit target, but the challenge isn't passed. Why?

Check the consistency rule: your best day is no more than 30% of total profit. The account stays active — keep trading, and once profit from other days evens things out, the challenge will count.

My account was closed. Can it be restored?

No: a closure under the rules is final. The account page shows which rule triggered and at what numbers. If you think it's a mistake, write to [email protected].

What happens to open positions after the account closes?

They play out until the event resolves, but that no longer affects the account result.
